Chelsea could swoop in for one of Manchester United’s best players
Chelsea have been the most aggressive team on the transfer market since the Todd Boehly takeover two years ago, and although the Blues haven't made any 100 million pound signings this summer, their aggression has remained high with some more high-profile additions.
It seems like the wings have been the main target for Chelsea, who brought in Brazilian phenom Estevao Willian early in the window, and he could go down as the best signing of the lot, given his long-term upside.
"Messinho" set Chelsea back 66 million euros, and yet the Blues still made two more expensive attacking signings besides their biggest need at the 9, inking Atletico Madrid playmaker Joao Felix for 52 million euros and then Wolves star Pedro Neto for 60 million euros.
