Chelsea have unearthed one of the better strikers in the Premier League in Nicolas Jackson, who has significantly improved his goal-scoring touch in his second season at Stamford Bridge since signing from Villarreal.
But if Jackson is one of the top strikers in the Premier League by comparison, that doesn't mean Chelsea should still stand pat, because a lot of that is down to the fact that most of the other big clubs in England - Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool, and Tottenham - are all lacking a great striker.
