West Ham’s biggest gem balled out again in horrible Chelsea defeat
West Ham suffered a major blow on Sunday in their bid to qualify for European football next season as the standard continues to slip, falling 5-0 to a Chelsea side that is now in seventh (the Conference League place).
David Moyes will be gone, and West Ham will be looking to rebuild the squad further in the summer. In the meantime, the Hammers will have to take stock of their current players and make tough decisions on continuity for 2024/25 and beyond.
Mohammed Kudus is one player who has a guaranteed place in the first team for years to come and is someone the Hammers can build their squad around.
The former Ajax star has been one of the best signings in European football this season, and even though West Ham were humiliated 5-0, Kudus managed to stand out in a positive way.
