The crazy thing is that he may be the worst starter in the Chelsea lineup when everyone is fully fit. 3. Bournemouth
Eli Junior Kroupi will have to miss the beginning of the 2026/27 Premier League season with an injury, but when he comes back, Bournemouth will have the best young gem striker in the league.
And not only that, but they also have Evanilson and Rayan, both underrated players who can create chances and havoc on the ball, meshing perfectly with the fluid and efficient Kroupi up top. Sleep on Bournemouth at your own peril.
2. Manchester City
Rayan Cherki and Phil Foden give Manchester City real playmaking quality, while Antoine Semenyo and Omar Marmoush are explosive wingers who can score goals. And even if Savinho goes to Tottenham Hotspur, Man City will still have THE tricky winger in the Premier League in Belgian Jeremy Doku.
Of course, what makes Manchester City truly tick is Erling Haaland at striker. His supporting cast honestly needs to step up more, as Savinho, Marmoush, and Foden were all a bit disappointing last season, but even when those guys flop, City will always score because of the Norwegian No. 9.
