Juventus just confirmed what Arsenal fans were hoping wasn’t true about Kenan Yildiz

Arsenal are in need of a new superstar left winger, because while Gabriel Martinelli has his moments, particularly in the clutch like just recently at the World Cup with his winner for Brazil vs. Japan, he is not consistent enough to be the main man.

The Gunners most frequently linked superstar left winger target has been Juventus man Kenan Yildiz, because while he is coming off a terrible World Cup himself for flops Turkey, his ability to score from out of nowhere and his technical quality have kept the otherwise anemic attacking Bianconeri afloat.

According to a report from Turkish Football, via afcstuff, Arsenal are still actively pursuing a big money transfer for Yildiz, but the kind of money it would take to sign him may be even more onerous than fans thought.

Apparently Juventus have told Arsenal that Yildiz is off limits. Arsenal sent the Serie A giants a foraml enquiry to feel out the former Bayern Munich prospect’s availability and expected cost, and Juve told the Gunners that it would take an offer well above 100 million euros to start talks at all – let alone get the Old Lady to consider a sale.

Juve clearly value Yildiz highly – as they should. They pretty much have nothing else going for them in the attack. Arsenal could use Yildiz for sure, but more than 100 million euros seems crazy.
