Manchester United signed Bryan Mbeumo, Benjamin Sesko, and Matheus Cunha to transform their attack last summer transfer window, and the moves worked out, because after hiring Michael Carrick, the Red Devils finally had the ingredients to turn things around and qualify for the Champions League.
Now, Man United are ready to sign a true out and out winger, and after balking at Mateus Fernandes, they are after another West Ham United gem who is available after the Hammers Premier League relegation.
According to a report from Ben Jacobs, Manchester United have opened transfer talks with West Ham over Crysencio Summerville, the Dutch international who had some brilliant moments at this year’s World Cup.
Summerville has been linked to other massive clubs like PSG, and he has the explosiveness and ability to cut inside and score with brilliant curlers that Manchester United want as an alternative to Matheus Cunha as a true winger option out left.
Per Jacobs, Man United have begun direct contacts with West Ham, and while the talks are only in the early stages, the Red Devils are serious about Summerville and have him high on their internal list. But in order to sign the player, they have to sell Marcus Rashford first.
